Paré secures her spot on the Amateur Squad after recently representing Canada at the 2019 Astor Trophy. After winning the 2019 LadyCat Invitational as a junior at Barry University, Paré has made a strong start to her senior campaign, finishing top-20 in her three starts. The Victoriaville, Que. native secured a win at the 2019 Bromont Invitational, 2nd at the 2019 Quebec Women's Amateur Championship and made it to the round of 64 at the 2019 British Women's Amateur Championship.

Q: How did you get into golf?
My older brother started playing and I wanted to spend time with him, therefore I started playing.

Q: Do you have any siblings, If so, how old?
Yes, older brother (26 years old) and older sister (24 years)
Q: What was the last book you read?
Le Temps d’Alexandre, Robert Jasmin.
Q: Who would you play in a movie about your life?
Q: What is something most people don’t know about you? Any hidden talents?
I played many instruments (violin, piano, drums, guitar) growing up, don’t play as much now since golf has become so important in my life.
Q: What exercise do you dread the most?
Pull ups… I have yet to complete a full one.
Q: What was the last picture that you took on your phone?
Flat tire of my team’s van on our way back from a tournament.
Q: What is the best thing about your hometown?
Chocolate raspberries cookies from “la manne” and my family.
Q: Do you have any superstitions?
Not really, but I like to think that sometimes when I do something well then I might repeat it and it might become a pattern. As in it’s a sign that if I start with two birdies, I have to finish with two birdies.
Q:What is the most surprising thing in your golf bag?
I will most likely have enough food to last me a week. I always have emergency snacks.
