Lau makes her debut on the Amateur Squad after being a member of the Team Canada Junior Girl’s Squad in 2015. The University of Colorado junior notched five top-20 finishes during the 2019-20 season, including a T9 finish at The Molly Collegiate Invitational. The Richmond, B.C. native has previous wins at the 2016 CN Future Links Prairie Championship and the 2019 B.C. Junior Girls Championship.

Q: What are some of your nicknames?

Leesh, Lish, Alish

Q: How did you get into golf?

My dad played when I was younger so he would take my brother and I to the driving range. In the summer time my parents would also put my brother and I in camps to keep us busy.

Q: How do you mark your golf ball?

Three red lines, one over the ProV1 for lining up putts and two across the Titleist on either side.

Q: Do you have any siblings? If so, how old?

A younger brother!
