To be great at golf, you need to be mentally and physically well. Every round you play is an opportunity to learn about you. Intent on promoting this message throughout the country, Golf Canada and Dr. Adrienne Leslie Toogood have developed a series of mental performance scorecards for athletes, coaches, and parents. Understanding how you feel mentally can be challenging. With these scorecards, you will be able assess and improve your mental performance as an athlete, coach, or parent.

Using golf language, you will score areas of your mental performance that can be compared to your actual score on each hole.

During a lesson, you will evaluate yourself to determine how effective you were in supporting the athlete.

While watching your child play, you will monitor how you are reacting to their performance and can evaluate how your actions are affecting them.
