About the location
Located at Golf Canada’s National Headquarters on the campus of TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley in Caledon, Ont., Talon Links is a FREE community putting park designed to bring enthusiasts of all ages together through golf.
The community putting park adds a uniquely fun, no-cost putting experience to a stunning destination that has become a home for Canadian golf. In addition to the putting park, Golf Canada’s National Headquarters houses the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame, First Tee – Canada, and the Golf Canada Foundation.
Talon Links Putting Park demonstrates Golf Canada’s broader vision for recreational golf infrastructure, a model for community-focused spaces that can be replicated nationwide. An open and welcoming space for families and friends to connect, have fun, and simply enjoy the game.
Course Layout & Amenities
Talon Links Putting Park is an inviting 18-hole artificial turf putting course designed for everyone, no matter their age, experience or ability. With varied hole lengths and multiple starting points, players can drop in for a quick round enjoy an experience with family and friends.
Designed by Paul Jansen of Himalayas Golf and framed by gentle mounds and rolling fescue, the course reflects a traditional links layout, thoughtfully designed for accessibility with smooth pathways and open spacing for a shared putting experience.
The par-67 layout ranges with holes from 27 to 90 feet, offering a fun and relaxed challenge. The signature 18th hole pays tribute to Nick Taylor’s iconic 72-foot winning putt to win the 2023 RBC Canadian Open.
Comfortable seating is available throughout the putting park along with displays featuring fun and historical golf facts. Scorecards and course guidelines keep players informed and for anyone needing equipment, complimentary putters and golf balls are available for shared use.
Talon Links is a free community amenity provided by Golf Canada, a registered charitable organization. Any donations to support the putting park will be directed to First Tee – Ontario, helping to fund community youth programming.

Talon Links Putting Park is open for the public to drop in and play. The course is available daily until sunset, with no bookings or tee time required. Simply arrive, choose a starting point and enjoy the putting experience at your own pace. On-site parking is available for free.

Course Rules and Etiquette
- Have fun!
- Putters only — chipping is not permitted.
- Maintain a steady pace of play.
- Putters and golf balls are available for shared use.
- The putting park and surrounding property is a drug and alcohol-free zone.
- Please use designated trash bins and do not litter.
- Pets are not permitted on the 18-hole putting course or surrounding areas.
- Respect the putting park and fellow players – guests not following the course guidelines may be asked to leave.
- Security cameras are monitoring the property.

What are the hours of operation?
Talon Links is open to the public from dawn to dusk from the start until the end of golf season.

What if I don’t own a putter?
There are a variety of putters out by the first hole for our guests to use. There are also putters in the mini Titleist bags at the front entrance of the Golf Canada Headquarters.

What if I don’t have any golf balls?
There are golf balls at the first tee for guests to use.

Where can I get a scorecard and a pencil?
Scorecards and pencils are provided to guests should they want to keep score. They are placed in a plastic container beside the first tee.

Are there tee markers?
There are 18 tee markers (hole #, par, length of hole) on each hole.

Is there a information/notice board?
This will be located on the left side of the walkway. It will be covered and the notice board will be enclosed. The board will be used to post rules/expectations/hours of operation, etc.

Are there garbage cans?
There will be a garbage and recycling bin at the first hole, the second set near the flagpole.

Are there any lawn chairs to sit down on?
Adequate seating has been provided at the entrance of Talon Links for guests.

Are washrooms available?
Washroom facilities are now available. The trailer is located at the west side of the parking lot.

Is food available?
Food is not available to purchase on site but we recommend TPC Toronto at Osprey Valleys clubhouse restaurants such as Fescue at the Heathlands Clubhouse or Two Brothers at the Main Clubhouse for a sit down meal. Alternatively you can head to The Kettle for a quick bite.
