By placing Golf Canada Equipment Identification and Retrieval System labels to your clubs or any other piece of equipment (head covers, range finders) you will never have to worry again. If you leave a piece behind, anyone finding it will be able to report it through the online notification system at golfcanada.ca/id. You’ll receive an email instantly and be reunited with your equipment.

Not only is an Official Golf Canada Handicap Factor a requirement to play in many provincial, national, international and domestic club events, it makes the game of golf more enjoyable by enabling golfers of differing abilities to compete on an equitable basis.

Tracking your Official Golf Canada Handicap Factor® opens the door to a variety of fun game play options including Stableford and Match Play, both of which are very popular in Europe.

It is a great way to level the playing field and allows you to compete fairly with any golfer, on any golf course.

When you suffer a loss of your golf equipment, lost, stolen or damaged, your membership provides you with the funds to keep on playing.

If you make a claim against your home insurance for the loss, your deductible will be covered to a maximum of $2500.

Should you prefer to not make a claim for the loss of your equipment you will be will reimbursed for part or all of the replacement cost. A deductible of $75 applies.

Had an incident when using a golf cart? If you are charged for damage by the golf facility for accidental damage on the course, we will reimburse you for paying the course, up to $2,500.

Your proof of status as a member is your ticket to many of your Golf Canada membership benefits. Show your card to gain access to events, and where proof of your official Golf Canada Handicap Factor is required both at home and abroad.
